Online Meeting Center/Meeting Room 6.5.1 Windows NT/2000


I've searched the forum but can not find any reference to this specifically. My client wants to allow anonymous users to attend meetings, but not create them on their own. I've edited the ACL of stcenter and stconfig, leaving both as Author with no create doc rights, but that doesn't work.

Any other ideas out there?
